3-Day Professional (Advanced) Mediation Advocacy Training leading to IMI Qualified Assessment programme.
Our Advanced Mediation Advocacy course runs over 3-days (9.00am-5.30pm). It is generally confined to six-nine seats only, to maximise the personal impact of learning . Bespoke and in-house courses, including for larger groups, are available on request.
Mediation advocacy is now an essential tool for party representatives and has become ever more important since the courts can now order mediation, whether parties to a dispute choose it or not. The clients of those who understand the flexibility, sophistication and nuancing of the process through advanced training will have a considerable advantage, leading to improved outcomes and better value.
